Tyson Chicken

In July 1999, two employees at the company's Henderson County processing plant were killed in an accident. The employees were overcome by deadly vapors while attempting to retrieve equipment in a confined space. Tyson claimed if safety procedures were followed accordingly, the accident would have been prevented. Tyson did agree to a $184,000 wrongful death settlement. (Jun-24-05) [WKYT NEWS]
