JK Harris & Co.

I paid jk harris $900 to help me with my tax debt. I was told that they would start working on my case as soon as they recieved my financial info. I faxed information twice after they told me they never recieved it. I then called them after the second fax was sent to make sure they recieved it but they never returned my call. After 3 weeks went by a levy was placed on my wages causing me to almost lose my apartment and default on loans and credit card bills aswell as loss of sleep and weight. I went to the IRS local office and they said no one from jk harris talked to them, so I set up a payment plan to have the levy lifted. I now have a loan company calling me telling me that I owe them almost $3,000 for the rest of the help that jk harris never provided. What can I do? Please help!
