Cirrus Logic is set to receive a $25 million payment from the Japanese computer maker for breach of contract. Fujitsu received chips for audio and consumer electronics from Cirrus but refused to pay for the equipment and claimed it was defective. Cirrus filed a lawsuit agaisnt Fujitsu for breach on contract and was seeking payment for products provided. (Apr-28-05) [KLTV GOLBAL]
