Shoreview Police Department

On January 10, 2004, teacher Mary Santelman drove to Oak Hill Montessori School to shut off an alarm. Shoreview deputy Ginger Kell set their guard dog loose on Santelman. The trained canine repeatedly bit her leg and she suffered injuries that required over 200 stitches. Santelman was awarded $200,000. (Jul-05-05) [DULUTH SUPERIOR]
