Qwest Communications International Inc.

The telecommunication company's former executive, Gregory Casey, has agreed to pay a $2.1 million settlement for allegedly participating in fraud conspiracy. The Securities and Exchange Commission was investigating accounting irregularities at the Denver based company. (Jul-27-05) [INDY STAR]
