Sony BMG Music Entertainment

Namco America and its parent company Namco Ltd. filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Sony for allegedly using sounds from its video game Pac-Man. Sony BMG recording artist Lil' Flip's song, 'Game Over' from his album 'U Gotta Feel Me' apparently used the sounds without permission. The suit was resolved in Namco's favor, but the terms of the settlement are undisclosed. (Aug-29-05) [BUSINESS WIRE]
