Kathleen Vallance has visited the same dentist every six months for over 25 years. Vallance was forced to spend thousands of pounds on dental work after her dentist allegedly failed to detect decay which eventually led to serious deterioration. She filed a personal injury claim in the High Court against Mr. Pritchard who agreed to a £32,000 out of court settlement for extensive restorative and remedial dentistry.
