Point Reyes National Seashore Rangers

Brother and sister, Chris and Jessica Miller were pepper sprayed by two park rangers in July 2004 at the Point Reyes National Seashore. Rangers Roger Mayo and Angelina Gregorio were found not to have used excessive force in the incident. The federal government agreed to pay $50,000 to settle the lawsuit filed by the two Marin County teens. (Sep-12-05) [FOX RENO NEWS]
