Applied Business Software, Inc. (ABS) wins a $50,000 intellectual property lawsuit in a California-based Federal District Court against Pacific Mortgage Exchange, Inc. ABS filed the lawsuit on the terms of copyright infringement and breach of software licensing contracts.
