Medical Transportation Management Inc.

Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon claimed the company violated antitrust laws and were involved with Medicaid fraud and contract violations. The case alleged MTM violated antitrust laws during a contract bid process and breached its contract with the state of Missouri by billing and accepting payments from the state Medicaid program above what was allowed. MTM has agreed to pay a $2.4 million settlement. (Sep-27-05)
