Provenco

The Securities Commission claimed the eftpost supplier and three of its directors violated laws through insider trading. Provenco has agreed to pay $300,000 to the commission. Directors David Wolfenden and Nicholas Gordon have agreed to pay the commission $42,000 and $130,000 respectively, while former director Anthony Bradley has agreed to pay $150,000.
