Cincinnati Insurance Class Action Denied

A chiropractor tried to file a class action lawsuit against the insurance provider claiming the company improperly reduced payments for treatment of patients under workers' compensation policies. The class was filed on behalf of plaintiffs in 31 states and alleged consumer fraud, civil conspiracy, and unjust enrichment. A Madison County Circuit Judge has thrown out the proposed class action.
