Giant Industries

The Environmental Protection Agency filed charges against the company's refineries for violations of the Clean Air Act. Giant is set to upgrade leak detection and repair practices, implement programs to minimize burning off of excess emissions, and adopt strategies to ensure the proper management of wastewater.
