Roberts Hawaii and Trans Hawaiian Services

Aloha Airlines filed a lawsuit against the tour operators for allegedly not paying $2.5 million dollars in air travel after being sold packaged tours. Roberts Hawaii has agreed to pay a $500,000 settlement. Trans Hawaiian Services has agreed to pay a $300,000 settlement on top of a more than $1 million settlement paid out in October of 2005.
