Xechem International Inc. filed a lawsuit against the drug manufacturer for allegedly engaging in anticompetitive practices. Xechem is a biopharmaceutical development company that focuses on anticancer, anti-AIDS and sickle cell disease products. Bristol-Myers has agreed to pay a $4.2 million antitrust settlement.
