Peter Robbins

In June 2005, Ricardo Youngblood and his 5 month old brother, Colton Youngblood were driving with their father when their car was hit by a pickup truck. Peter Robbins had blacked out and crossed the center line in his Dodge. Ricardo suffered a broken leg in the accident and Colton was left with severe brain damage; he is permanently blind and only able to eat with the aid of a feeding tube. The boys' mother filed a personal injury lawsuit against Robbins. The Pima County Superior Court has awarded her a $6 million settlement. (Mar-10-06) [ARIZONA DAILY STAR]
