San Jose City

Santa Clara County and San Jose city were in a legal feud over a 7,000 seat concert hall project at the county fairgrounds and development in North San Jose. San Jose originally sued Santa Clara to block the county's fairgrounds theater project. San Jose agreed to pay a $36.5 million settlement to Clara County who will use the money for a new state-of-the-art crime laboratory and expressway improvements. (Apr-10-06) [MERCURY NEWS]
