Dydo Auto Sales
The Vermont attorney general's office has settled its case against Dydo Auto Sales and owner William J. Dydo Jr., who is alleged to have engaged in fraudulent activity contrary to the Vermont Consumer Fraud Act. Dydo will pay $90,000 in restitution and fines and will be prohibited from working in the auto sales or financing industry in Vermont for at least seven years.
As part of the settlement Dydo will have to pay $200 in restitution to anyone who bought a car and financed it through him. (Apr-11-06) [RUTLAND HERALD]
