USA Healthcare, Inc.

Charges were filed against the health care facility for allegedly overcharging Medicare. USA Healthcare was accused of failing to disclose on its cost reports that it did business with vendors that were related to it by common ownership or control. An outside consultant who formerly worked for USA Healthcare failed to file required reports with the government; the company readily acknowledged its error and has worked closely with Medicare and the government to reach a settlement.
