This is a settlement for the Commercial lawsuit.
MedCath Incorporated and QuadraMed were in a legal battle with one anther. In 2004, MedCath filed a breach of contract lawsuit against QuadraMed in relation to a software license and service agreement. The complaint alleged QuadraMed's software products failed to perform in accordance with a 2002 contract. The two companies have jointly reached an out of court agreement where QuadraMed has agreed to pay MedCath $2 million. (May-01-06)
