Norwalk Hospital and Dr. Jay Angeluzzi

In July 2003, at the age of 35, Mia House gave birth via a Caesarean section. House suffered permanent brain damage and now lives at a long-term care facility. Her family filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against the hospital and the doctor alleging Dr. Angeluzzi administered an anesthetic after her blood-oxygen level had dropped.
