Heatherwood and Wexham Park NHS Trust
This is a settlement for the Medical Malpractice lawsuit.
In February 1996, William Vincent went into the hospital for a gall bladder operation. In the aftermath of the procedure, Vincent was deprived of oxygen and suffered brain damage. The hospital's managers, Heatherwood and Wexham Park NHS Trust admitted full responsibility and agreed to award Vincent a �750,000 compensation deal. (May-02-06)
