Dr. Jeffrey Shall

Cleveland lawyer Robert Housel filed a defamation lawsuit against the doctor after he agreed to testify on behalf of an auto accident patient for a $5,000 fee. Housel was the personal injury lawyer representing the patient; after the lawsuit settled, Housel declined to pay Shall his witness fee. Shall sent a letter to 50 judges in Cuyahoga and Geauga counties calling Housel a thief and a liar. Shall has agreed to pay Housel $400,000 to settle the defamation lawsuit.
