Meadow Valley Corp. supplied construction services and materials on a construction project completed in 2000. The Phoenix based company operates through two segments, Construction Services and Construction Materials and mainly engages in the construction of structural concrete highway bridges and overpasses. Clark County has agreed to pay Meadow Valley $5.1 million, of which approximately $2.7 million will go to subcontractors and about $2.1 million will be put into an escrow account based on an arbitration agreement between Meadow Valley and subcontractor Innovative Construction Services.
