Poole and Kent

Poole and Kent, a Baltimore construction company, allegedly participated in a minority front-company scheme in 2005. According to the indictment, the company's former president, W. David Stoffregen, paid Namco pool company (which had minority contractor status) owner Geraldine Forti so he could use her firm to satisfy minority contracting requirements for large construction contracts. Stoffregen's wife allegedly deceived inspectors-- who were sent to determine whether it was a woman-owned business-- by posing as COO of Namco. Baltimore's Board of Estimates reached an agreement with Poole and Kent to pay the city approximately $800,000 after the construction company admitted using a propped-up minority-run firm to secure municipal contracts. I purchased a Namco pool three years age. I noticed rust around the bottom rim. I called a pool contractor out who told me there should be coating on that rim and my pool looked 20 years old. Is there any legal action I can take? There warranty department is a joke.
