Pakachoag Acres Day Care Center

Pakachoag Acres Day Care Center was accused of defrauding the state and misusing funds while under contract with the state. The lawsuit alleged that the non-profit daycare center unlawfully charged the state with non-refundable expenses while providing services to the Office of Child Care Services.
