River Hills Estates LLC

The Wisconsin Department of Justice claimed that River View Estates allegedly violated erosion control laws at a Waukesha County residential real estate development known as "River Hills Estates. The developer proposed to develop a site in 1998 and prepared a detailed erosion control and storm water management plan required by law but failed to comply with some of its provisions. The complaint accuses the developer of failing to conduct and document weekly inspections of the construction site to ensure that all erosion controls were functioning properly. In May 2004 sediment-laden water from the site flowed into a nearby tributary of Pebble Brook Creek. (Jun-24-06) [GM TODAY]
