This is a settlement for the Antitrust lawsuit.
The aerospace company Boeing was accused of improperly obtaining secret documents from military contractor Lockheed Martin Corp. in the late 1990s and allegedly used them to secure government contracts. The Department of Justice investigated Chicago-based Boeing Co.'s defense contracting practices for three years and has announced a final agreement to settle with Boeing for $615 million. (Jul-03-06)
