Columbus Bank and Trust Co. and CompuCredit Corp.
Columbus Bank and Trust Co. and CompuCredit Corp., a marketing and collection company, allegedly marketed its subprime credit cards to consumers with lower incomes or credit problems who were willing to pay high fees and rates to obtain credit cards.
