Seasilver USA Inc.

Seasilver USA Inc., maker of a liquid dietary supplement, claimed the product was clinically proven to treat or cure 650 diseases, including cancer and AIDS, and would cause rapid, substantial, and permanent weight loss without dieting. But the FTC found out otherwise, alleging the claims were false and unsubstantiated. In March 2004, Seasilver and Americaloe, Inc., and their owners, Bela Berkes and Jason Berkes, agreed to settle the FTC's charges and pay $3 million in consumer redress. So far, they have paid less that $1 million. Seasilver marketers are now ordered to pay almost $120 million for failing to comply with the earlier order. The two largest distributors of Seasilver, who were named in the FTC's complaint and settled the charges, have made their separate court-ordered payments of $1 million and $500,000. How do I get my 300 back from this? Been trying for years. Since December 2002. I still have my transaction number on check. Made out to Seasilver (Maxhealth).
