The city had fined and eventually fired contractor Bradanna over an unfinished YMCA soccer field project as the final punch list was not done and considered to be behind schedule. Bradanna sued the city for the remainder of its contract. The city of Bonita Springs must pay $202,000 to Bradanna, and the contractor must finish the final punch list in 75 days.
