Marianna Cavitolo

Daytona - On July 29, 2004 Frank Cavitolo was driving a car owned by Marianna Cavitolo when a tire blew on Interstate 4 in Daytona Beach; sixteen year old Francesco Caroli was riding in the back seat. The car flipped over three times and Caroli suffered lacerations to his left wrist, left hand and left knee, all of which required suturing.
