Zebra Technologies Corp.

New York - Paxar Corp., a provider of identification solutions to the retail and apparel manufacturing industries, subsidiary Paxar Americans Inc. filed a lawsuit against Zebra alleging patent infringement. The lawsuit alleged Zebra was in violation of eight of Paxar's patents that involve more than 50 Zebra products. Under the terms of the settlement, Zebra has been granted a paid-up license and has agreed to pay $63.8 million. (Sep-14-06) [TRADING MARKETS]
