This is a settlement for the Medical Malpractice lawsuit.
Boston - In 2001, Michelle Turner gave birth to her son Dustin at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. Little Dustin sustained severe cerebral palsy that left him unable to walk, talk or eat on his own. Michelle and Kendall Turner filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against Doctor Mitchell Zagor claiming Dustin should have been delivered by emergency Caesarean section. The parents of the brain damaged five-year-old boy have reached a $5 million dollar settlement. (Sep-18-06)
