Denny and Audra Snyder

Topeka - Janis Fonceca left her prize winning golden retriever Jag with the dog handlers in May 2005. As Denny and Audra Snyder were exercising Jag at Lake Shawnee, he ran away. Fonceca filed a lawsuit against the Snyders claiming her dog died due to their negligence. The Snyders agreed to pay Fonceca $10,000 because they felt bad about losing the dog.
