Monolithic Power Systems Inc.

Los Angeles - Micrel Inc. filed a patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation lawsuit against analog power management company Monolithic Power Systems. The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California and was related to semiconductor manufacturing processes and semiconductor design elements.
