Avcom Avionics & Instruments, Inc.

Iowa - Rockwell Collins, Inc. filed a lawsuit against the avionics equipment servicing company for allegedly violating copyright and trademark laws. The suit claimed Avcom breached license agreements with Rockwell Collins by having engaged in the unauthorized use of software.
