C.M. Love Hardware
This is a settlement for the Car Accidents (National) lawsuit.
Huntington, WV: In 1998, Valerie Vickers was struck by a truck driven by a C.M. Love employee. Vickers was seriously injured in the auto accident; she was forced to undergo four surgeries, including two hip replacements. She filed a personal injury lawsuit against the hardware store. A $1.2 million settlement was reached before Circuit Judge John Cummings. (Nov-19-06)
