Morgantown, WV: In 1999, 10-month-old Andrew Marshall Hunt died following heart surgery at Ruby Memorial Hospital. His parents file a wrongful death lawsuit against West Virginia University Hospitals, West Virginia University's Board of Trustees, and Dr. Robert Gustafson.
