Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc.

Arlington, VA: CompuDyne Corporation and William Blair Mezzanine Capital Fund II filed a lawsuit against the finacial firm related to the offering of a private investment in public equity on behalf of CompuDyne in October 2001.
