New York, NY: The city of Vernon, CA filed a lawsuit against the consulting firm related to electric distribution maintenance services provided to the city prior to November 30, 2003. Navigant Consulting has reached an agreement with the City of Vernon to settle for $7.4 million. The settlement resolves the arbitrator's Interim Award of $37.4 million against the Company.
