Springfield, MA: The federal government filed charges against the bus company for allegedly violating the Clean Water Act and federal oil spill prevention rules. Peter Pan Bus Lines Trust owns Arrow Line, Bonanza, and Peter Pan bus companies. Peter Pan has agreed to pay $237,000 in penalties to the Environmental Protection Agency and put new filters on buses in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
