Seattle, WA: A lawsuit filed by a man identified as A.H. and his parents against Christian Faith Center, a church with locations in SeaTac and Everett, allegedly accused church staffers of failing to protect him from sexual abuse, years ago, by one of their Sunday school teachers .The teacher, Loren Fine, was arrested shortly after the act was reported to King County Police by the plaintiff's father where he pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree child molestation and two counts of third-degree assault of a child. Though church spokespersons claimed that Fine was just a volunteer and not a paid employee, Christian Faith Center has agreed to pay $700,000 to settle the lawsuit.
