- I mailed my own eyeglass frames (that they do not carry), to them with an Rx prescription and instructions of what I want done BUT,
- They said they “never received my frames”. They were non-stock brand frames they don’t carry - they were very expensive!
- They said I was supposed to sign a waiver but, they admitted they failed to have me sign a waiver?!
- They said waiver or not, they cannot be liable for frames they “never received”?!
- They we’re sent via USPS (mail) and tracking showed delivered, ie, that they received it!
- They refused to reimburse me claiming they cannot reimburse me for frames that they “never received”?!
- They further admitted my frames were expensive because they said they researched these particular frames
- I highly suspect since these were non-stock and very expensive frames, I strongly feel that one of their employees realized this so therefore stole it!

This Korrect Optical office at the Tallahassee, Fl V.A. are very unprofessional and they could care less if anyone is happy with the glasses. They make you wait a long time, which is standard procedure designed for their benefit of the upper hand.. They sell frame(s) that are not up to regular standards of regular optical offices in the area. They tell you false things to do to fix the problem(put glasses in freezer for 10 minutes and then let sit in the sunlight for 30 minutes to get the tint working) which is a bogus thing to do. They really have no business being in business and I fail to see why the VA doesn’t take care of this predatory business.
