Anthony Henderson

West Palm Beach, FL: In March 2001, Anthony Henderson, 45, was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He pleaded no contest a year later. He not only took the photographs of an 11-year-old, but also touched the girl in inappropriate ways; she posed without her bikini top, turning her back to the camera. The girl's attorneys said she suffered pain and mental anguish and underwent psychological counseling as a result of the incident. Retired Circuit Judge Walter Colbath, appointed as an arbitrator in the civil case against Henderson, recently awarded $1.5 million in damages to the girl and her family, bringing the lawsuit to an end nearly six years after the incident at Henderson's waterfront Tequesta home.
