Mary Muncie

Richmond, KY: (Feb-15-07) Raymond Powell III and his wife Tamara filed a lawsuit against Mary Muncie and were awarded $2,251,940. The lawsuit resulted from an accident that left Powell with an amputated leg; he was struck by Mary Muncie's vehicle while riding his motorcycle. Muncie could not see well at the time. Powell and his wife were awarded $25,500 for wages or income lost while being away from work; $726,440 for permanent impairment of his power to earn money, and $1.5 million for past, present, and future physical, mental, and emotional pain and suffering.
