Hamilton, OH: (Feb-28-07) Three-year-old Marcus Trevino was bound and gagged while in foster care. A wrongful death lawsuit was filed against the county and the Butler County Probate Court decided on an out-of-court settlement $206,000. The money is to be split between Marcus' siblings, Peaches, 2, and Michael, 12. Though the parent is the only one permitted to receive payment in a wrongful death suit, Donna Trevino waived that right, giving the money to her dead son's siblings.
