Ready Mixed Concrete

Portland, OR: (Mar-07-07) Edward Heath was killed in May 2006 after being crushed between his Waste Industries truck. Heath was picking up trash when a fully loaded concrete truck hit his truck, pinning him between the two. His family sued Ready Mixed Concrete and the driver, Thomas Hayes, citing negligence.
