Boca Raton, FL: (Mar-12-07) Former Boca Raton Police Chief Andrew Scott was booked for an ethics violation when he ordered a probationary sergeant, Jeff Kelly, to stop a car driven by a Boca Raton developer so a reporter from a Miami TV station and her cameraman could swoop down on him for an interview.
