Salt Lake County, UT: (Mar-13-07) A lawsuit filed against the bankrupt National School Fitness Foundation and Salt Lake County businessmen Dale Holt and Marc Jenson. They were accused of fraudulently selling exercise equipment to more than 600 schools. In an out of court settlement, the businessman agreed to pay $130,000 of the $350,000 that the lawsuit sought.
